Therefore, we operate from a psychosocial health and wellness model to address psychological, physical, social, and spiritual factors. Our mission is to support others in living a life that is happy, healthy, and whole.

Ground Hues is a non-traditional practice that offers mental health and wellness services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, support groups, and more! We make it easy for you to get the services you need through teletherapy options and other virtual services. We have a real passion for helping people find solutions through processes that are collaborative, accessible, and affordable.

Owner of Grounded Hues, LLC

There is an extraordinary freedom and peace that exists when you ground yourself in your purpose. I'm grateful my journey has led me to this state of being and I'm inspired to support others in finding the same. I started Grounded Hues Therapy and Wellness to take control of my stewardship and enhance how I utilize the gifts of service and care.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner, a Certified Makeup Artist, and a Consultant and Speaker. I'm a multipreneur. I wear many hats, but they all tie back to my mission: to support others in solidifying a life of happiness, health, and wholeness. This is achieved through improved skills and robust processes that are conscious and transformative.
